Terri Mattocks Appointed New Sales Manager for Retirement Community, Vienna Square
Winter Haven, FL – CRF Communities is proud to announce the promotion of 7-year Sales Associate, Terri Maddocks, who has accepted the new position of Sales Manager at Vienna Square, CRF’s newest retirement community in Central Florida.
Vienna Square, brand new to the Winter Haven area, officially opened on June 13th 2008. This gated retirement community offers maintenance-free villas and single-family homes as well as numerous senior-lifestyle amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool, movie theatre and tennis courts.
Terri is thrilled with this accomplishment and is excited to serve this new role. Moving into an executive position, Terri is now managing the sales team, in addition to overseeing literature and contracts. Additionally, she is working directly with the overnight guests that stay at Vienna Square to get a better feel for the community and lifestyle.
“As a Sales Manager, my knowledge of the real estate business has expanded tremendously,” Terri says. She explains how her responsibilities have grown as well. Terri has more administrative duties now, and is working closely with the staff at the design center in Lake Ashton, another of CRF’s retirement communities. “It [the design center] is absolutely spectacular. Lake Ashton is a beautiful community and their model center is gorgeous!”
As a manager, Terri now works directly with Jim Raymond, Lake Ashton’s Director of Sales, and the rest of CRF Communities’ Management Team, including John Lawson, Marketing Manager.
“Terri is very well-liked and –received,” says Jim. “She has done well in sales, and proceeds to do a lot for this company.”
