CREATOR has recently invested into the development of a new aqua culture
facility on the US
eastern seaboard. This new location signifies CAVIAR CREATOR’s ever growing
dominance in the US
market, which represents 45 % of the world’s caviar consumers. CAVIAR CREATOR
found optimum conditions on the US
eastern coast for building a new aqua culture site. Not only has CAVIAR CREATOR
been able to fund the new facility on its own, the company has also recently acquired
an exclusive distributor for its products - indicators which prove that CAVIAR
CREATOR stands solid and ready for a successful initial public offering.
CAVIAR CREATOR is on its way to securing its position
as the leading producer of sturgeon, caviar and other sturgeon delicacies. The art
of synthesizing profitability with responsible ecology stands at the core of
the company’s values and this aspect was one of the main criteria in selecting
CAVIAR CREATOR’s newest location for an aqua culture site on the US east
coast. CAVIAR CULTURE’s newest location rests on 197 acres of land and will
have a 500,000 square foot warehouse and several large breeding ponds which
will provide optimal capacity for sturgeon pre-breeding and housing.
The new aqua culture site will have 300 basins with 33
cycles, which can produce a maximum of 40 tons of caviar a year. Construction
of the new facility is scheduled to cease at the end of this year and will be
home to 148 employees. CAVIAR CREATOR’s newest site in the US will be five times as large as the production
location in Demmin, Germany, where the company operates
the world’s largest aqua culture sites for sturgeon breeding since 2005.

production at the new US

be concluded by the end of this summer. Additionally, we have just won an
exclusive distributor partner, who covers the entire US market, for our caviar and
sturgeon products. Already our Demmin production site provides the US
market with over a ton of sturgeon meat per week.”
