Million test equipment corporate buy-back program for December 2008. Qualified
test equipment assets include spectrum analyzers, network analyzers,
oscilloscopes, SiteMasters, signal generators, service monitors, OTDR's and
select equipment manufactured by Anritsu, Agilent, Rohde & Schwarz, Fluke,
Megger, Yokogawa, Advantest, Aeroflex Keithley, LeCroy, JDSU and Cisco.

economic contractions and layoffs will predictably lead to an abundance of
